Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for client requirements.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients and candidates on market trends, salary expectations, and career development.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our recruitment database.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role.
• Ideally have some knowledge of the Further Education sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
