Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source top-tier legal talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to understand candidates' skills, experience, and career aspirations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with law firms, legal departments, and candidates to ensure successful placements.
• Provide personalised career guidance and advice to candidates, helping them navigate the legal job market.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and culture, ensuring the perfect match between candidate and organisation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and legal developments to better serve both clients and candidates.

• Previous experience in legal recruitment or professional services sector.
