The duties of the role:
- Build and manage your own market
- Actively promote TEC Partners as a business in order to win new business and win new jobs for you and your colleagues
- Provide excellent customer service to Clients and Contacts in order to build great relationships
- Organise, communicate and be consultative through interview processes with candidates and clients
- Negotiate pay and salary rates, finalising agreements between Clients and Candidates
Key Skills & Experience for this position:
- Proven experience of business development and building new markets
- Capable of building great rapport with great credibility
