Recruitment Consultant - Term Time Teachers : Job Details

We are looking for a passionate, hard working and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Tunbridge Wells office.

Previous experience in the education sector is desirable but not essential.

About the role:

This is a full 360 recruitment position with a balance of account management and new business development. You will be working with schools in a specific geographical area and as part of your role you will be registering / interviewing Teachers and Teaching Assistants / Support Staff for those schools.

Key responsibilities:

Generate new clients and relationships

Source candidates effectively using various platforms

Use market data and insight to approach clients

Skills:

Strong accountability for owning and developing the talent pool

An exceptional ability to listen, consult and understand client and candidate needs

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

Strong English Grammar

This is a full time Monday to Friday, ON SITE role with reduced hours in the school holidays with no change in the salary.
