Your Role: Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant at Morgan Jones, you’ll play a pivotal role in matching exceptional talent with outstanding opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand their job roles, ideal candidate profiles, and specific company needs.
  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and shortlist exceptional candidates who are a perfect fit for our clients.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular contact with both clients and candidates, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the recruitment process.
  • Market Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of the local market and industry trends to find the best candidates available.
  • KPI Achievement: Work towards and exceed monthly key performance indicators.
  • Team Support: Assist your team members in sourcing candidates for various roles, contributing to our collaborative work environment.
  • Process Management: Organise and manage CV submissions, schedule interviews, follow up on feedback, and ensure smooth progression of recruitment activities.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest standards of professionalism in all client and candidate interactions.
  • Job Advertising: Craft and publish compelling job adverts on websites, social media, and job boards to attract top talent.

Your Role: Account Management

In addition to recruitment, you’ll manage key accounts, ensuring our clients’ ongoing needs are met and exceeded:

  • Client Outreach: Regularly make outbound calls to existing clients to gather feedback and assess future recruitment needs.
  • Opportunity Research: Identify new opportunities and potential clients through diligent research and networking.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Opportunity Qualification: Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective communication and active listening.
  • Service Information: Provide clients with detailed and accurate information about our recruitment services.
  • Industry Insight: Stay informed about recruitment industry trends to effectively communicate our value propositions.
  • Database Management: Keep comprehensive records of client interactions, update customer information, and maintain a robust database.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing sales training and team meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge.

  • Experience: Proven track record in sales or account management, particularly in fields like property, B2B sales, or any role involving a long sales cycle.
  • Target Driven: Demonstrated experience in achieving targets in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Multitasking: Strong ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
