TPF Recruitment is an award winning and leading recruitment agency for accountancy practice professionals across the Southeast, servicing a range of SME’s through to international accountancy firms across Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, and London.

Following back-to-back, double-digit growth each year since inception, we’re now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in a 360-recruitment position.

• Proven track record of billing success within a 360 recruitment position
• Knowledge of the accountancy market would be advantageous but not essential
• Passionate about exceeded targets and reaching goals
• Commercial, innovative and ambitious
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly
• Customer centric, and able to deliver excellent customer service

• £25,00 - £35,000 per annum (OTE £100,000+)
