• Business Development & Client Care: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
• Candidate Management: Posting job adverts, sourcing and interviewing candidates, matching talent to the right opportunities.

What You’ll Need:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an agency recruitment role, ideally within Industrial, Technical, or Logistics sectors.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage your workload independently.
• A passion for building relationships and providing top-level service to both clients and candidates.
• Ambition and drive to succeed, with a goal-oriented mindset.
