What You'll Do in Your First YearIn your first year, you will:

• Source and interview candidates for temporary and permanent positions.
• Create professional CV profiles for client marketing.
• Work alongside our sales teams to drive candidate placements.
• Meet weekly targets and KPIs set by your manager.
• Earn commission at each stage of your journey.

Support and MentorshipFrom day one, you'll receive support from your team manager, our expert training team, and a dedicated mentor. You'll be working with top consultants in the education sector as you develop your skills and grow into the role.

What Happens After GraduationUpon completing your first year, you'll transition to a designated Sales Desk and receive advanced training in:
