Recruitment Consultant - Top Talent Recruit : Job Details

Top Talent Recruit is a consultancy based in the heart of South Woodham Ferrers specialising in recruitment within the shipping, freight forwarding and removals industries. Our team of consultants bring extensive experience in both shipping and recruitment sectors to provide a professional and effective service on both a permanent and temporary basis. We cover a wide range of positions from juniors and import/export clerks to sales executives, developers and managerial roles throughout the UK.

This is a full time on site role for a Recruitment Consultant to work on either a permanent or temporary desk at Top Talents offices. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for consulting with clients, conducting interviews, effective communication with candidates and overall recruiting duties.

Applicants will need to have:

• Strong interviewing skills coupled with effective communication abilities.
• Knowledge and experience in various recruiting methods.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Experience in the shipping/ logistics or related industries an advantage but not essential.

Duties will include:

• Sourcing candidates for specific roles.
• Reviewing candidates and matching their skill sets to vacancies.
• Conducting extensive telephone interviews.
• Communicating well with both clients and candidates.
• Managing key accounts.
• Handling the full recruitment process from start to finish.
