Role overview:Managing multiple projects at any one time, confidently speaking to clients, C- level candidates and be a Boolean searching expert to find hidden gems. Duties are but not limited to:• Discuss new vacancies with clients, proposing and agreeing a delivery plans• Systematically working retainers and exclusive roles from cradle to grave • Source for hard to find candidates using creative techniques to attract the best talent • Market job vacancies utilising various platforms• Consultatively interview C-level candidates with their and the clients best intentions at heart• Diligently pull together recruitment projects and present to clients, consultatively showcasing how they can add value to their business• Arranging and preparing candidates to interview• Sell our services to new and existing clients as well as building lasting relationships with candidates (one day they maybe a decision maker)

To be consider for this opportunity you will have:• Demonstrable experience as a Recruitment Consultant • Confidence sourcing candidates at all levels• Strong commercial awareness• Expert level LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searching skills or willing to learn• A driving license and use of your own vehicle due to the remote location of some of our clients• Personality - consultative, creative, forward thinking, diligent and most importantly with integrity.
