Working Model: Onsite (5 days a week)

Key Responsibilities:As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be an essential partner to our team of recruiters, assisting in the coordination of recruiting activities and enhancing the candidate experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate interviews and phone screens with candidates and hiring managers, including arranging travel for visiting candidates when necessary.
  • Candidate Management: Update candidate records and job postings in our recruiting systems, ensuring seamless confirmation for new hires.
  • Communication: Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email, ensuring they feel valued and informed throughout the process.
  • Activity Tracking: Track recruiting activities and compile weekly reports to provide updates on candidate status.
  • Debrief Coordination: Organise post-interview debrief meetings and prepare debrief materials for the team.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and improve scheduling efficiency.
  • Additional Support: Assist with other recruiting activities as needed, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Required Skills:

  • Prior experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a coordination role.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exceptional customer focus, with outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or recruiting.
