We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Recruitment Manager to join our clients HR & Partnering team. This pivotal role drives hiring efforts and ensures seamless operational support within the department.

• Lead and support the recruitment team, setting goals and monitoring performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective hiring strategies.
• Manage sourcing, selection, and employer branding to attract top talent.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience with clear, timely communication.
• Track metrics to optimize recruitment processes and outcomes.
• Oversee onboarding coordination, ensuring compliance and smooth integration.
• Maintain GDPR-compliant candidate records and manage recruitment budgets.
• Schedule interviews and meetings efficiently.
• Build and manage relationships with external agencies.
• Provide administrative support, including office organization and event coordination.

• Previous experience in recruitment & a in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best hiring practices.
• Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of UK Employment Law and GDPR compliance.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
