We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Recruitment Manager to join our clients HR & Partnering team. This pivotal role drives hiring efforts and ensures seamless operational support within the department.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead and support the recruitment team, setting goals and monitoring performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective hiring strategies.
- Manage sourcing, selection, and employer branding to attract top talent.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience with clear, timely communication.
- Track metrics to optimize recruitment processes and outcomes.
- Oversee onboarding coordination, ensuring compliance and smooth integration.
- Maintain GDPR-compliant candidate records and manage recruitment budgets.
- Schedule interviews and meetings efficiently.
- Build and manage relationships with external agencies.
- Provide administrative support, including office organization and event coordination.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruitment & a in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best hiring practices.
- Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of UK Employment Law and GDPR compliance.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
