Role Overview:

We are looking for a true end-to-end recruiter to deliver on a high-volume contract. You must have a proven track record of sourcing best-in-class talent, pipelining future candidates, and running assessment activities. You will play a key role in coaching candidates and stakeholders through the recruitment process to ensure the best results for both. As our client continues to grow, you will also help to build the employer brand more widely through a range of recruitment marketing initiatives.

You will:

Develop and execute Talent Acquisition strategies to build a top-tier, qualified workforce

Build and nurture candidate pipelines

Advise hiring managers on appropriate roles for each member of the interview team and coach on technical, functional, and behavioral interview models

Use data and reporting to advise stakeholders on talent acquisition strategies, and to drive hiring decisions.

Provide weekly and ad-hoc updates to TA teams, hiring managers, leaders, and business stakeholders as needed.

Lead the offer process and employ developed negotiating skills to close candidates.

The Key Requirements:

You must have a significant level of expertise in talent acquisition. But we’re also looking for more than just a track record. You need to be able to think strategically, influence others and adapt quickly when you need to. You will be capable of following process and you will be able to take the lead in shaping TA thinking on a complex, fast-moving account.

Extensive experience hiring at volume:

Demonstrated knowledge and a proven track record of success in talent acquisition best practices.

  • Ability to influence others through persuasion, negotiation and consensus building.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and communicate complex issues and concepts to a wide range of external and internal stakeholders.
  • The ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies, continuously developing your skill set to the benefit of yourself and the teams you work with.
