Recruitment Consultant 360 - Milton Keynes (Industrial Sector)

We are actively seeking a results-oriented 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Milton Keynes. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £30k, plus uncapped commission and award-winning benefits.

This position involves a diverse range of sales, client engagement, and administrative duties to guarantee smooth service delivery to our clients.

Recruitment Consultant 360 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- You will actively engage in sales and business development activities to cultivate relationships and secure new job vacancies, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities.

- Provide tailored recruitment solutions for both temporary and permanent positions. You will manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from understanding client needs to successfully placing candidates, delivering exceptional service every step of the way.

- Meeting targets for acquiring new clients is crucial. You will schedule and conduct impactful service meetings that foster strong relationships and further the business agenda.

- Utilising a variety of sources, you will generate sales leads that contribute to the company's growth.

- You will consistently meet daily and weekly performance targets by making speculative calls and arranging client meetings, demonstrating your drive and determination.

- Conduct detailed pre-interviews and interviews.

- You will assess candidate's qualifications and suitability, presenting only the most appropriate candidates to your clients for consideration.
