Internal Recruiter Up to £35,000 (dependent upon experience) Permanent (Full-Time) Office basedMacildowie are thrilled to be working alongside a fantastic engineering organisation based in Nottingham looking for an Internal Recruiter to join on a permanent basis. They adopts an on-site working model, so if you are looking to join a fast paced organisation and rewarding position, this is the role for you! The organisation are incredibly passionate about their people, and the work that they do, making them a market leader within their global market! You would be joining an energetic recruitment team, aiding the future growth of the organisation. The successful candidate will:

• Drive volume recruitment throughout the organisation, headhunting niche engineering roles, and build up a network of experts in the field.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Screen candidates and assist hiring managers in the recruitment process.
• Aid the onboarding of new employees into the organisation.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in the engineering sector.
• Be organised and driven in order to support the wider organisation.
• Be confident in communicating with candidates
• Be passionate about adding value to a high-energy, fantastic HR team.
