Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in the recruitment industry? Our client is seeking a Recruitment & Training Admin to join their team on a permanent basis. If you have excellent organisational and communication skills, along with a self-motivated attitude, then this could be the perfect role for you!

As the Recruitment & Training Admin, you will be responsible for a variety of important tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of the team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors to the organisation, providing a warm and professional welcome.
  • Issuing privacy policies and rectifying any email errors on the recruitment database.
  • Creating electronic surveys to gather valuable feedback from candidates and clients.
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations through the deletion of candidate data and managing database administration.
  • Conducting database compliance checks to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Gathering and organising relevant information for auditing purposes.
  • Posting job advertisements and monitoring any AI systems used for recruitment.
  • Assisting with website management to ensure an engaging and user-friendly experience.
  • Managing job boards, LinkedIn, and credit usage to optimise recruitment efforts.
  • Monitoring and responding to queries received in the company enquiry inbox.
  • Updating HR forms and assisting with other HR-related administration tasks.
  • Managing onboarding information and ensuring it is correctly stored.
  • Coordinating with external service providers for office maintenance needs.
  • Updating and maintaining the internal parking list to ensure efficient utilisation.
  • Providing support to employees completing apprenticeships and ensuring alignment with their coursework.
  • Issuing and updating internal job descriptions to reflect changing organisational needs.
  • Adding client terms to the recruitment database to facilitate smooth collaborations.
  • Contributing to the overall success of the team and the organisation through teamwork and initiative.
  • Performing ad-hoc duties as required to meet the evolving needs of the business.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent organisational and time management skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication abilities. A good level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, will be essential. The ability to engage with individuals at various levels and work both independently and as part of a team will also be crucial.
