Refurbishments Contracts Manager - Qube recruitment : Job Details

Our client is an award winner company, working within the built environment. Due to growing business, they are now looking to add a Refurbishments Contract Manager for a project in Brentwood, Essex.

Competative Salary

Monday to Friday - Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Experience of working within a main contractor on residential refurbishment projects
• Experience of working as a Contracts Manager, managing multiple sites to up a value of £10-15 million
• Experience of procurement, including negotiating packages of works with subcontractors and supply chain partners

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years experience working for a refurbishment contractor
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Contracts Manager
• Valid driving licence
• Computer literate, using MS Project and Excel trackers
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• SMSTS card
• First Aid at Work
• Asbestos Awareness
• Relevant NVQ desirable
