Regional Conduct Officer

Location: London | Hybrid

Salary: £55,000 + car allowance

Our client is looking for a experienced and proactive Regional Conduct Officer to oversee and ensure compliance across multiple offices within the region.

This role is ideal for a motivated and experienced professional who thrives in a hands-on management role, providing direct support and ensuring high standards of conduct across multiple offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company and industry standards
• Manage and resolve complaints, providing clear action plans and following up on resolution
• Oversee quality assurance processes
• Participate in management meetings to discuss performance, compliance, and operational issues
• Monitor and analyse performance statistics, ensuring individual and team targets are met
• Engage with colleagues across various offices, providing hands-on support, guidance, and training
• Manage day-to-day conduct activities with a "roll up your sleeves" approach, leading by example
• Assist in training staff on best practices, regulatory requirements, and compliance matters

Requirements

• Previous experience in a compliance or conduct-focused role, ideally within the commercial sector
• Strong auditing and quality management skills with a proven ability to manage complaints
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues across various offices
• Self-motivated with a hands-on approach, comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to travel to different offices within the region as part of the role
