Your role encompasses breaking down complex business objectives, leading a talented team in tackling ambitious data projects, and fostering a dynamic, high-paced work environment. You will build strong relationships with business leaders and collaborate with Digital and Technology teams to propel our data management efforts forward. Additionally, you'll nurture a collaborative and flexible team culture, spearhead our participation in the global Data Manager community, and stay abreast of global data trends to influence our future projects. • A proven track record in data strategy implementation and team leadership within the technology sector.
• Exceptional ability to analyze business needs and translate them into effective data-driven strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with business leaders, as well as for hiring, mentoring, and leading a team.
• Familiarity with the latest data trends and technologies, coupled with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
