Are you seeking to join a talented team as a Field Manager, responsible for driving the growth and profitability of their new equipment sales and provide solutions to existing customers. You'll be based in Rotherham, working from their regional depot, and will lead a small team of Field Service Technicians to ensure the smooth running of operations across the region, in a senior role, with a high degree of responsibility?

This company who have been operating in the UK for 25 years they design, manufacture, install and service high quality machines, plants and stainless steel equipment for the treatment of municipal and industrial water, wastewater and sludge.

On offer is the opportunity to draw upon your leadership skills and technical ability to manage a variety of responsibilities, from strategic planning to day-to-day operations, to support the service provision and equipment installation for clients. You'll be working closely with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service at all times.

The Role:

• Promote the companies' solutions to new and existing customers to support sales of new equipment and installations.
• Identify new customers and business opportunities to increase sales of equipment, spares, and hire services.
• Inspect machinery at customer sites, provide service inspection reports, and generate quotations and service proposals.
• Follow up on quotations to convert them into sales.
• Advise customers on the best products to meet their needs.
• Coordinate resources with Contracts Engineer and Installation Supervisor for service, installations, and commissioning in the region.
• Manage the Regional Installation Supervisor for installation delivery in the region.
• Develop the regional business plan with the Field Operations Manager.
• Ensure sustainable regional activities and budgetary control for growth and delivery of After Sales.
• Collaborate with other Regional Field Managers to optimize the use of spare resources between operational regions.

The Person:

• Background in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Previous experience in an engineering/manufacturing/maintenance environment
