The Role:

As Regional Financial Controller, you will oversee the financial operations of multiple business units within the region. You will play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the regional finance team, providing strong leadership and mentorship.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance is in place
  • Develop and implement robust financial controls and processes.
  • Analyse financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior management to support business planning and strategic initiatives.

About You:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset. To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within a regional or multi-site environment.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and commercial skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
