A high-impact role for an experienced Regional Manager to lead major electrical projects in cutting-edge data centres and high-tech facilities. Our client (A Leading Engineering Services Company) needs a strong leader to manage multiple projects, secure future contracts, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale electrical projects, ensuring top-quality delivery.
• Build strong client relationships and expand the business.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and team performance.

What’s Required:

• 15+ years managing large teams and complex projects.
• Strong commercial acumen and contract management skills.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
• Managed £50m projects previously
• Strong Technical Acumen

Package:

• Salary: €170,000-210,000 + 15% bonus
• Travel Allowance: €35,000 + flights to and from home
• Work on/work off schedule for UK & Ireland candidates
