Regional Operations Manager - Responsibilities & Requirements

• Must have contract catering experience, ideally within education
• Building and maintaining excellent client relationships at all levels
• Ensuring business retention consistently
• Responsible for the delivery of results both personally and through team members
• Will be involved in managing performance management, staff development and coaching
• Responsible for the implementation of policies, procedures and systems
• You will be the main point of contact for your clients and team
• You will strive to continually exceed client expectations and provide excellent customer care
• Must be experienced and confident with delivering presentations and accounts across financial performance, general updates, client discussions, business planning etc.
• Responsible for setting objectives for yourself and your team
• Working with the Operations Director to develop a business plan
• Budget preparation and management
• Actively involved in sales tender processes and presentations
• Will consistently lead by example, promoting positivity and the company values at all times
