About The Role:We are currently recruiting for a Regional Operations Manager to join our passionate and driven Cleaning team in our Transport division.Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Have the day-to-day responsibility for quality performance on the various contract concerning cleaning.
  • Assist in the management and monitoring of the operation of the contract and ensure compliance with the contract specification.
  • Respond to any reasonable request of the company or clients.
  • Apply quality control procedures to ensure the maintenance of high standards of service.
  • Assist in effective management within budgetary constraints.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Highly organised and detail conscious.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong personal integrity and maintain confidentiality.

  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to meet customer or business needs.
  • Ability to travel from site to site as required to meet the needs of the business.
  • Flexible to undertake cleaning activities to support their team.
