£45,000 + Car & Bonus

Are you a self-driven, motivated, and organised individual with a proven sales track record? If so, we want to hear from you! Elevation Recruitment are excited to be working with a Yorkshire based, family owned manufacturing business to recruit a Regional Sales Manager to join their team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving success by managing regional sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Role & Responsibilities

• Cultivate and develop customer relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
• Drive sales by promoting our diverse product range and demonstrating its value
• Negotiate contracts and terms that benefit both the customer and our company
• Collaborate with internal technical sales teams to maximize sales opportunities
• Deliver exceptional pre and after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Analyse market opportunities and provide informed pricing recommendations
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and events to represent our brand
• Monitor and report on sales performance using our CRM platform

Skills  & Experience

• Mechanical handling experience or expertise in industries like biomass, aggregates, cement, or timber
• Experience within a industrial environment (advantageous but not essential)
• A proven track record in a field sales and a passion for exceeding targets
• Self-motivation, consistency, and excellent organisational skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
