Regional Sales Negotiator - Fawkes and Reece : Job Details

My client are a high end residential developer who are currently looking for a regional sales consultant to work across new build developments in Suffolk & Cambridgeshire

This role is the ideal position for a candidate who is looking for the next step in their career, we are looking for candidates with at least 2 years experience selling new homes.

Day to day duties:

• Dealing with enquiry's
• Training new starters
• Conducting viewings & showing customers around the show home & site
• Ensuring good upkeep of the sales & marketing suite
• Sales Progression
• Liaising with the Marketing Team
