AMR is seeking an experienced and driven Regional Service Charge Manager to join a leading organisation within the residential property management sector. This key position involves managing a team of Service Charge Portfolio Managers, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and excellent service across a regional portfolio.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support a team of up to four Service Charge Portfolio Managers.
• Oversee accurate management of service charge accounts and cost estimates.
• Monitor team performance, ensuring productivity targets are met and maintained.
• Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
• Prepare regular reports and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve service charge issues and enhance processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A minimum of two years experience in a service charge role at a managerial level.
• Proficiency in using reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools) to monitor and manage team performance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of service charge legislation and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
