An opportunity has arisen for a Regional Supply Support manager covering the covering the Lincolnshire and Hartlepool Water Supply Area

Your role will influence and challenge strategy throughout supply, Water Business Stream and the business and translate that strategy into strategic delivery plans for managers to deliver.

Within this role you will work to uphold Water Business Stream 's strong reputation internally and Anglian Water's externally and support the delivery of our Love Every Drop goals, commitments and targets and will represent the company with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

As well as leading with your Technical Knowledge and Experience of Water Supply and Operations, you will be able to be a coach to members of the supply management teams to drive their continuous development and to achieve their full potential and career aspirations.

What does it take to be a Regional Supply Support manager?

You will need to be a highly experienced water supply expert with an in depth and broad understanding of water treatment processes, abstraction, production, environmental management, process engineering process optimisation, water transmission and storage.

• Ideally you will be a chartered professional (e.g. IOW, CIWEM)
• An experienced people manager with a proven track record
• Demonstrable experience in wider incident management/control or as company envoy
• Degree or equivalent level in relevant scientific or engineering (Chem, Mech &/or Elect) Expert understanding of process safety principle
