We are currently seeking a Regional Support Manager to join a well-established and reputable care home group across East England. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting care home operations, ensuring exceptional standards of care, and driving business growth across the region. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader in the care industry who holds an active NMC PIN.

• Oversee and support a portfolio of care homes across East England.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including CQC standards.
• Lead, motivate, and develop care home managers and staff to deliver high-quality care.
• Drive operational efficiency, financial performance, and service improvement.
• Manage the implementation of training and development programs for staff.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, families, and external partners.
• Work closely with senior management to implement strategic initiatives.

• Active NMC PIN registration.
• Proven experience in a senior management role within the care sector.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and care regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel across the East England region as required.
