The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting care home operations, ensuring exceptional standards of care, and driving business growth across the region. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support a portfolio of care homes across East England.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including CQC standards.
- Lead, motivate, and develop care home managers and staff to deliver high-quality care.
- Drive operational efficiency, financial performance, and service improvement.
- Manage the implementation of training and development programs for staff.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, families, and external partners.
- Work closely with senior management to implement strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Active NMC PIN registration.
- Proven experience in a senior management role within the care sector.
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and care regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel across the East England region as required.
