An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Building Inspector with experience in Building Control to join a dynamic team. This hybrid role offers flexibility in working hours and location; however, it includes regular site inspections within a designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with building regulations.
• Carrying out the full range of duties, including plan checking and site inspections.
• Providing expert advice on compliance and best practices.

Essential Requirements:

• A minimum of three years' experience in Building Control.
• Experience in a Local Authority Building Control setting is preferred.
• Achieved a BSR Registration Class "2A to F" (not just 2A).
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and associated legislation.
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
• Own transport is required for site inspections.
• A standard DBS check is required.
