recruitment solutions for all permanent assignments.We are recruiting on behalf of a leading home care organisation based in Wantage, who are looking to recruit a Registered Care Manager to support in the management, development and growth of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and review individual care plans to meet the needs of residents.
• Supervise and support staff in delivering high-quality care in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as CQC standards.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the care home, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Foster a positive environment that promotes resident well-being and dignity.
• Lead training and development initiatives for staff to enhance their skills in dementia care and other relevant areas.
• Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain high standards of service.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a managerial role within a care home or nursing home setting is essential.
• Strong knowledge of care plans, dementia care practices, and regulatory frameworks governing assisted living facilities.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Experience in developing and implementing policies that enhance resident care and operational efficiency.
• Relevant experience in the field is crucial.

Salary and Benefits

• Competitive salary of £35,000 - £540,000 depending on experience, plus bonus scheme, plus performance scheme
