Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Care Manager to lead and grow their domiciliary and supported living services.
Role: Registered Care ManagerSalary: £34,000-£37,000/year (+ bonuses)Location: Amersham Contract: Full-time | Monday-Friday | Flexitime
Your Role:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring outstanding care delivery.
- Build client relationships and manage new inquiries.
- Recruit, train, and support care staff.
- Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory standards, including appraisals and audits
- Lead quality assurance initiatives and service improvements.
- Network in the local community and raise awareness of the service
What You Bring (Social Care):
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Care Manager.
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality care.
- Experience of working with clients with mental health difficulties and learning disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of care regulations and compliance.
- Level 5 Diploma (or willingness to work towards it) - minimum NVQ level 4
- Knowledge of IT Systems - Office and Google Suite
- Due to "On-Call" function, you need to be able to conduct new client assessments, thus
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential
