Essential Qualifications:
- Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent is a must.
- Proven management experience within domiciliary care—you know the ins and outs of making a service tick!
- Strong comprehension of care regulations and best practices—staying compliant is second nature to you.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a driver with access to your own vehicle and live in or around St Helens.
- An adaptable team player with the flexibility to cover shifts and provide on-call support.
