- Qualifications & Registration: A nursing qualification and a valid UK NMC registration.
- Leadership & Management Experience: Previous managerial experience within a mental health setting.
- Regulatory Knowledge
- A robust understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks, legislation, and regulations.
- A solid understanding of safeguarding principles.
- Strong person-centred approach with a passion for developing others.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.

What your day will look like:
- Leadership & Service Management: Lead and manage the service to ensure high-quality care and compliance with all regulations.
- Person-Centred Care: Oversee the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring they are person-centred.
- Team Leadership & Development: Manage a dedicated team, providing guidance, support, and leadership to colleagues. Demonstrate experience in coaching and developing colleagues to reach their full potential.
- Resource Management: Monitor and manage resources effectively to ensure operational efficiency.
- Regulatory Compliance & Safeguarding: Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and all relevant legislation. Take part in on-call duties to provide leadership support during non-office hours.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with regulators and stakeholders to ensure service standards are met.
