About our Adult Specialist Care Services
Our specialist adult care services in Northampton, alongside Broom and Winslow services, provide tailored support for individuals with complex needs, such as learning disabilities, autism, sensory impairments, and epilepsy. Our services are designed to offer personalised care within safe, supportive environments that encourage independence and community involvement.
The Role
This is a brand new role and we are looking for a dedicated Registered Manager for our supported living services in the Northamptonshire. You will work closely with our Adult Specialist Care Division leadership team comprising the Service Director, and Associate Director of Nursing to lead and uphold high standards of care and governance.
As the Registered Manager, you will be legally responsible for ensuring compliance with the Health and Social Care Act and Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations. Your role will be crucial in driving service excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and maintaining high governance standards to achieve outstanding CQC ratings.

About You:
We are seeking an experienced leader with a strong track record in managing services regulated by CQC and driving high-quality governance standards. You will be passionate about delivering excellent person-centred care and committed to achieving a CQC rating of ‘Good’ or above.
You will have significant experience in inspiring, empowering, and developing both clinical and non-clinical teams. Ideally, you will have experience working within Learning Disability services and the drive to further develop our services in this area. You will thrive in a role that challenges you to lead change, maintain regulatory compliance, and deliver outstanding care.
