One of ourClientsinWest Londonis seeking to recruit a dedicated and ambitiousRegistered Manager (Children’s Home. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to lead and grow an effective and efficient service, ensuring the highest standards of care for children.
Key Responsibilities of the Registered Manager (Children's Home):
- Home Management.
- Quality Assurance.
- Team Leadership.
- Regulatory Compliance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing an Ofsted-rated Good or Outstanding children’s home.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential care for children, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent or Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or willingness to work towards it.
- Passionate, committed, and enthusiastic leader with a drive to make a difference.
- Manage the Home and ensure the efficient operation of the service in accordance with the relevant legislation, procedures, policies, and the Statement of Purpose for the home.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, Safeguarding Legislation and Procedures the Children Act, other relevant legislation and guidance and company policies and procedures.
