We’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager of Children’s Residential Care to join an established Children’s Home in Bromley. You’ll be joining an independent children’s home that has been in operation for over 20 years, is rated good with Ofsted and has owners who are absolutely dedicated and committed to delivering brilliantly life-changing outcomes for the young people in their care.
They enjoy good staff retention rates, so you’ll have a good team of experienced people to manage. As a Registered Children’s Home Manager you’ll lead, motivate and empower the staff team to deliver high-quality care for 6 young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
On offer for the Registered Manager is a salary of £45,000 - £65,000 dependent on experience and qualifications, annual leave is 200 hours per year (eq. 5 weeks) plus bank holidays, paid sick pay, a bonus for each Ofsted inspection where a good or above rating is achieved and a Christmas bonus.
