Registered Manager - Children's Service - Halcyon : Job Details

Halcyon Care North West is thrilled to announce a new opening for a Multi-Site Registered Manager to lead our innovative service in Salford. This is a fantastic chance to make a significant impact in the lives of children and young people in our care.

?? Location: Salford, Manchester?? Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum (depending on experience and multi-site occupancy levels)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple care homes, ensuring the delivery of exceptional standards of care.
• Oversee daily operations, implementing strong safeguarding practices to protect those we serve.
• Build and nurture a supportive team culture, fostering meaningful relationships with children, staff, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards and all relevant child and social care legislation.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Children and Young People - Residential Childcare.
• Has a minimum of 2 years' experience in managing children’s residential settings.
• Demonstrates excellent leadership skills and a genuine passion for improving the lives of children.
• Exhibits resilience, thriving in high-pressure situations while maintaining focus on our mission.
