Registered Manager - Family Assessment Centre - £60,000+

NonStop care have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager within Children's residential or family assessment settings, to join a newly established family assessment centre based in Enfield! This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to try something new.

Responsibilities of this position include;

• Manage the staffing, resourcing and budgetary requirements to ensure children and families have a safe, warm and welcoming home where they can grow and develop.
• Grow a team of capable workers to ensure their continuous professional development & the betterment of the service.
• Help with the establishment of the assessment centre

Requirements;

• Residential childcare management experience or Family assessment experience
• Up to date DBS
• Level 4 or 5 management qualification in Residential Childcare or Equivalent
