Job Title: Registered Manager

Salary: £45k - £55k

Ideally looking for someone who has Complex Care Experience

Job Description:

You will be responsible for the operational performance of the service; you be responsible and accountable for its 24 hour management.

Main Duties:

• Assuming the role of CQC Registered Manager
• Ensuring complaince with all relevent legislation
• Responsible for the operational performance of the service
• Ensuring that all points of the service delivery are implemented to high standards
• Managing a team of staff, ensuring that duties are completed and providing leadership
• Liaising with service users, local authorties and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 yers’ experience as a Registered Manager
• Minimum of Level 5 in Leadership and Management
• Full driving license with use of own vehicle
