Are you an experienced Registered Manager?

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a of Support Workers, Senior Support Workers, and Deputy Managers empowering and nurturing, fostering a culture of excellence and compassion.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home - coordinating care and managing staff schedules.
• Ensuring exceptional care by overseeing assessments, personalised care planning, and monitoring. .
• Staying up to with the latest regulations set by the various regulatory bodies and ensure compliance and uphold the highest standard of care
• Collaborate closely with the DASHH team to provide expert therapeutic support.

Qualifications and Experience:

• QCF Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care, Children and Young People specific, or equivalent.
• Driving Licence (required)
• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a residential care setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant Welsh legislation and regulations.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• A genuine passion for providing person-centered care.
