Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a of Support Workers, Senior Support Workers, and Deputy Managers empowering and nurturing, fostering a culture of excellence and compassion.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home - coordinating care and managing staff schedules.
- Ensuring exceptional care by overseeing assessments, personalised care planning, and monitoring. .
- Staying up to with the latest regulations set by the various regulatory bodies and ensure compliance and uphold the highest standard of care
- Collaborate closely with the DASHH team to provide expert therapeutic support.
Qualifications and Experience:
- QCF Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care, Children and Young People specific, or equivalent.
- Driving Licence (required)
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a residential care setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant Welsh legislation and regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for providing person-centered care.
