As a Registered Manager within this busy domiciliary care business, you’ll be managing a private care provision, rather than LA contracts and so packages can be varied - ranging from typical care calls several times a day, to overnight stays to support clients through the night. Quality is paramount and only the best will do, so we’re looking for a Registered Manager who can inspire and lead teams to deliver excellence.
On offer is a salary of £36,000 - £42,000 dependent on experience. An annual performance bonus and opportunities for development. You’ll be working with a supportive team, with committed and dedicated directors who are a visible presence within the office, a stable office staff team, and a valued team of loyal care staff.

The Registered Manager Role
- As the Domiciliary Care Manager you’ll be responsible for the day to day operations of the homecare service, supporting clients across Milton Keynes to live independently within their own homes.
- You’ll conduct care assessments, create care plans and ensure that peoples care is reviewed in a regular basis.
- It’s important in this environment that you are a familiar face to clients and their families and that they know the Registered Manager is approachable.
- You’ll oversee the team of Supervisors and Care Coordinators, ensuring that they have regular supervision, appraisal and training and that they are empowered to be the very best that they can be.
- You’ll work with the recruitment and onboarding officer to ensure that suitably qualified and experienced staff are recruited to the company and pre-employment checks are compliant
- You’ll ensure the continuous improvement of services through regular monitoring of the domiciliary care provision
Who would this role suit?
- Experience in a management role within domiciliary care is essential. We’re looking for somebody that has operated at Registered Manager / Branch Manager / Domiciliary Care Manager level before.
- It would be great if you have exposure to working on the private client domiciliary care market
- You’ll demonstrate sound knowledge around CQC standards and requirements and understand your legal obligations as a Registered Manager of a regulated care service
- You’ll ideally hold the QCF level 5 in Leadership and Management of Social Care services or equivalent
- You’ll need to be a driver with your own vehicle
