REGISTERED CARE MANAGER

We are recruiting a Registered Manager for a supported living organisation in the beautiful Berkshire. We are looking for someone who will help the organisation grow our diverse care offering from the front and help us to expand into larger care projects.

The Candidate:

  • Level 5 qualification, but will also consider candidates in the process of achieving level 5
  • Registered Manager or Deputy Manager experience
  • Proficient with CQC regulations

Position Responsibilities:

Overseeing the day to day running of the care services

  • Ensuring adherence to CQC regs
  • Managing staff
  • Support with recruitment of staff
  • Developing care plans
  • Liaising with clients, families, and other stakeholders

Package:

  • £38,000 to £42,000 pa based on experience.
  • Bonus scheme based on achieved objectives

Salary : 38000 - 42000
