Registered Manager - Halcyon : Job Details

Halcyon Health and Social Care are proud to be working with an established, family owned care provider, who are looking to open their first Ofsted regulated home in Farnborough. They have been successfully supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs for over 3 years throughout the Southwest, through their multiple adapted homes and supported living services across the region.

Aiming to build on their current success, they're now looking to open their first Ofsted regulated, 4-bed home for young people (16-18) with emotional behavioural needs, in Farnborough. The director has over a decade of experience in the sector and is now looking for a forward-thinking, dynamic Registered Manager, with a background in supported housing or Ofsted services, to be the leading element in the journey to opening this new home and achieving registration.

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for building your staff team around you, whilst working closely with the director to ensure correct guidelines and regulations are in place. You will be expected to lead your team, ensuring best practises and high-quality care are always implemented in the day-to-day running of the home. So, if you're an experienced Registered Manager, looking for a role where you have the autonomy and trust to build your own team and progress in the future, this is the perfect role for you.

In return for your full commitment to the role, you will receive an annual salary of between £35,000 and £50,000 depending on your experience as a senior manager. You will also have a bonus scheme which can be agreed with your director prior to you starting your role.
