You'll be at the helm, steering the business and growing the team, whilst collaborating closely with the business owners . Your responsibilities will extend to nurturing the growth of the service and achieving the highest levels in quality care provision.

Skills wanted:

• Experinced Registered Manager
• Care management qualification
• Internal auditing
• Liaising with external agencies, including CQC, medical professionals and client's family members
• Recruitment, training, and retention of staff
• Referral, and assessment management
• Attending MDT meetings
• Care and Support planning
