This role is based in Morecambe and the home provides accommodation and individualised specialist support to six adults diagnosed with autism and/or learning disabilities.As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the home and will be expected to use your skills and knowledge, whilst working closely with the Directors, to drive the business forward focusing on key metrics, like occupancy, agency use and overall CQC rating. As the registered manager, you will be working closely with the care team, ensuring they're confident and proficient in their roles as care professionals. You will have excellent people skills and be able to liaise with both clients and their family members, ensuring a comfortable and re-assuring atmosphere for all.In return for your full commitment to the role, you will receive a very competitive annual salary, depending on your experience, as well as a generous benefits package.
