Location: Newquay

Hours: Monday to Friday (8am-4pm or 9am-5pm)

Salary: £38,000 - £41,000 depending on experience

The Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the daily operations of our care home. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality, person-centred care for our 15 residents. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the daily running of the home with the support of the Directors.
• Ensuring the delivery of quality, person-centred care.
• Updating care plans using our electronic care planning system (Person Centred Software).
• Meeting the National Minimum Standards of care issued by the Care Quality Commission.
• Managing residents' pocket money.
• Overseeing medication management and ensuring compliance with regulations using our electronic MED e-care system.
• Taking on a leadership role within the team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role within a care home setting.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of care standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in using electronic care planning and medication management systems.
• A compassionate and person-centred approach to care.
