Registered Manager - Everpool : Job Details

Registered ManagerHours: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours)           9am – 5pm (Flexible) Join the team as a Registered Manager in a residential children’s home and make a positive impact in the lives of children and young people. 

• Manage and oversee the home
• Ensure high standards for Ofsted’s quality standards
• Work alongside other heads of departments
• Ensure there is a high standard of care from all staff
• Ensure the quality of the children’s development is met
• Sorting all paperwork/record keeping and operation procedures are met
• Domestic duties and overseeing maintenance of the home.
