Your new roleAn exciting new opportunity for a Children Registered Manager in Oxfordshire, with the opening of a brand-new service. The home will be ready to open their doors by mid-June/July. You will have the opportunity to make this role your own. You will be in charge of a team of 13 people, and the home has a capacity for 4 residents.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience of working in a position relevant to the residential care of children.
- Previous experience in a role requiring the supervision and management of staff working in a residential childcare setting.
- Knowledge of managing residential children's homes.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent.
- Right to work in the UK
- UK driving licence and access to own car due to location of the service.
