Staff Nurse RMN (nights) MonmouthshirePermanent, full time (37.5 hours)Rate:£36,296 to £42,073Spencer Clarke Group is recruiting for a NightStaff Nurse RMN in Monmouthshire.You will care for patients with acute mental health needs who are admitted to us for assessment and treatment.The shifts are 12 hours on a rota basis to include weekends and bank holidays. Shift times would be:Night Shift = 19:30 > 07:45Staff will work a set shift pattern, such as:Week 1 = Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & SundayWeek 2 = Wednesday, Thursday & FridayRole Responsibilities:

• Assess and manage risks to patient safety, ensuring the environment is conducive to therapeutic interventions and patient well-being.
• Conduct mental health assessments to determine the needs of patients and contribute to the development of care plans.
• Be prepared to respond effectively in crisis situations, de-escalating challenging behaviours and ensuring the safety of both patients and staff.
• Work closely with a diverse MDT to create and implement individual care plans, ensuring holistic support for patients.

Essential Requirements:

• Active NMC pin, registration of RNLD RMN
